Moving on, I've been both very excited and nervous for my turn at selecting a prompt. I did so way back in February when we were brainstorming this idea, and I picked one of the latest dates on purpose, to give me time to figure out what to style. I'm a huge fan of navy striped anything, and this gave me an excuse to buy a new blazer I've been wanting badly. Only trouble is, I couldn't find a shirt I liked with it. So I resorted to my all time favourite navy and white stripped dress:

I bought this old navy dress 2 years ago and love love love it. I paired it with my yellow tote from Target, it's perfect for outings with the family ( I had 3 kids snacks, 3 water bottles, a camera, my wallet and lord knows what else in there). We were out this past weekend on a family day and my sister also wore stripes! Great minds and all that, so I'm including her in my little collage below.

So after much debate, I decided to also wear my blazer and found a teal tank to go under it. I really like Kelly Green with Navy, but couldn't find a top to fit me. Insert sad emoji here.

My entire outfit above is from Old Navy (except necklace which was a gift). So there you have it folks, my take on Navy and White Stripes. I cannot wait to see what everyone else is wearing!!
